概述

    線性PEI轉染試劑是一種陽離子聚合物，分子量25000，它能與核酸形成復合物，并使該復合物進入哺乳動物細胞。線性PEI轉染試劑廣泛適用于常見細胞系，如 HEK-293、HEK293T、 Hep G2、Hela、CHO-K1、COS-1、COS-7、NIH/3T3 和 Sf9 等。該試劑即使在有血清存在的情況下，它仍然能高效的將核酸導入細胞。
